After Juggling with law point, the case waa dismissed, aa the to)-, being under IS years of age, jsprevented from, taking out a license, according to law. Judge Nielsen ruled that the law referred re-ferred to chauffeurs and drivers of pueVte conveyances who drove for fee, and that as the boy waa drtvtng a delivery wagon for a firm which had tnken out a license, he. could not be held, nor could the firm be charged with contributing to the delinquency of the minor. Three negligent fathers were brought befor Judge Nielsen yesterday and ordered or-dered to provide for their minor children They were required to furniah bonds aa evidence of good faith. |
