Show 23 TRUCKMEN FACECHARGES SOUTH SALT LAKE State highway patrolmen Wednesday had arrested 23 commercial vehicle driven for falling to possess chauffeurs' chauf-feurs' licenses and had assigned them to the court of Justice of the Peace Herman Gygl, where they must appear within five days. Tha arrests were made during an all-day campaign Tuesday on South State street. H. Davis, 211 East Fourth South street; Chester Ches-ter D. Neff, 2940 Fifth Eaat street: George D. Neve, 3222 Richards street; Lea Robertson, 12 Vidas avenue. Lee Jennings Jr., 1 Council Bluffs place; Gene Millard, 772 Glendale avenue: Joa Hulick. M Wast North Temple atreet: Orville Whitehead. 470 North i Redwood road; Nephi Burk, 2 South West Temple atreet; O. D. Collftt, 2251 State atreet: Ray Gulver, 12.M Alameda avenue; N. H.
