Bar-rows,? chairman of the Senate Commlt-.tee Commlt-.tee fifi Privilegs and Elections, has received re-ceived a letter from R. W. Tayler, the attorney who is conducting the case against Senator Smoot of Utah, enclosing enclos-ing a list of witnesses whom he wishes summoned when the re-hearlng begins next month. There are forty names, and it Is expected that at least twenty-five will be examined. . It is possible that a ' sub-committee may go to Lta'h about. January Jan-uary 1 to take testimony.
