Show BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION POSTPONED The annual meeting of the stockholders stockhold-ers of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake railroad was held Monday afternoon af-ternoon in the office of Whittemore & Cherrington. The stockholders were represented by William S. McCornlck and Attorney P. L. Williams of the Short Line, who held proxies. After counting the. proxies, the election of a board of directors was postponed until December 20. Senator Clark hss announced that the directors who will represent his interests inter-ests will be W. A. Clark. J. Ross Clark, W. H. Comstock, who is chief clerk In the office of Mr. Clark in Los Angeles; T. F. Miller, who Is a brother-in-law to the Clarks; Senator Kearnsr of Utah and R. C. Kerens of St. Louis. This means that there will be dropped from tie directory di-rectory as representatives of the Clark interests E. W. Clark, T. E. Gibbon. F. K. Rule. W. S. McCornlck, H. I. Bettls. Ross W. Smith and Senator Smoot of Utah. The directors to be named by the other oth-er interests in the road will not be made public until the election or a few days before. , |
