The sealed rerdlct in the matter of the will of the late Robert E. Hopkins of Tarrytown has beenopened In the Supreme Su-preme court. The verdict of the jury was that the will was valid and that the perpendicular pen strokes .made with black ink through the signature were not made by the testator. The Jury's decision is in favor of the widow, because be-cause If the will had been found invalid she would have received only her dower right, the remainder of the estate going to Robert E. Hopkins, Jr., the minor son of the testator. ; i |
