Show MYSTERY IN DEATH OF MINING BROKER The case of William H. Fox, a mining broker who died at his quarters, 47 East First South street, yesterday, has proved a puzzle to the physicians who have been unable to determine the cause of his death. Dr. Hosmer. who filled out the death certificate, wrote in the space set aside for the cause, "Don't know." lie and his fellow physicians knew no more about the case even after an autopsy had been performed. Mr. Fox was taken ill about six weeks ago with a fever. A consultation of physicians was unable to determine what kind of fever it was. After his death the physicians were as much in the dark as before and only knew that death had come from natural causes. Fox's body was interred in Mt. Olivet cemetery this morning. |
