Show SUPREME COURT SETTLES "HOG" CASE The Supreme court handed down an opinion today, written by Justice Mc-( Mc-( Carty snd concurred In by Justices Bas- kin and Bartch, reversing the Judgment of the lower court In the case of Barbara Bar-bara E. Boley, appellant, against G. W. Allred et al., respondents. The suit was brought at Price,' Car-i Car-i bon county In February, 1899, by the plaintiff to recover Judgment in the sum of J150 for some hogs and a hog pen, in which the plaintiff claimed a one-half one-half Interest. The defendants demurred to the complaint on the ground that it did not set forth who was the owner of ' the other half Interest. The court sus-' sus-' tained the demurrer and dismissed the action t.t the plaintiff's cost. In the opinion of the Supreme court, the trial court Is directed to reinstate the case and overrule the demurrer. Costs of j the appeal- are taxed to the respondents. |
