Show SUGAR WARD IS AROUSED Victims of Smallpox Say That Drainage From Hospital Is Cause. . A cVise of smallpox was reported today at 1153 Downlngton avenue, which is in the stricken Sugar House ward district. Vilate M. Pardween Is the latest victim, a"nd bas been ailing for some days. Residents of Sugar House ward are now alleging that city patients at the Isolation hospital are allowed to bathe in the stream from which the water used for domestic purposes in taken.
