Show DOG STANDS GUARD OVER SLAIN COUPLE PHILADELPHIA, July '27. The bodies of Edward F. Kloss and his wife were found in the bedroom of their flat above a millinery store conducted by them at No. 231 North avenue, and the police believe that the husband murdered his wife and then turned his revolver upon himself. A large Newfoundland dog, a pet of Mrs. Kloss, was the sole witness of the tragedy, and by ts pitiful whining and barking those who found the bodies could Me Its mute appeal for an explanation.
