French, president of the East Oregon Ore-gon normal college, will preside, and short talks will be given by Joseph T. Kingsbury, pretident of the State University, and Windsor Wind-sor V. Rice. During 'the coming term commercial law - will be taught by Frank B. Stephens of Stephens Steph-ens A Smith. Commereial ahow earu writing will bo taught by Joseph Howarth of Keith-O'Brien. Keith-O'Brien. - Telepathy, electricity, mechanical drawing, stenography and typewriting, bookkeeping, -tc will be handled by such men aa H. C.
