Morning With Capital StocK of $10,000,000; Is Largest Filed This Year, Articles of incorporation for a $10,000,000 mining concern were filed with the Secretary of State and the County Clerk this morning. The- company com-pany is the Ely Consolidated Copper company, which gives as its principal place of business Salt Lake City. The eompany is the largest filed this year, and the necessary fee paid to the Secretary Sec-retary of State for filing the papers was (C50d. The company is to be allowed to do business throughout the United States and can engage in any mining business and the businesses that are a part of it, with the exception of engaging in banking and railroading. It can deal in all kinds of minerals and metals and their refinement, and buy and sell real estate. The company is capitalized at $10,-000,000, $10,-000,000, divided into shares of a par value of $10 each. The heaviest shareholders share-holders in the concern are Walter O. Filer, W. F. Snvder and .W. F. Snyder as trustee. All own in the neighborhood neighbor-hood of 186,000 shares. The eompany Is the owner of a conveyance con-veyance of the Filer Fraction lode mining mi-ning claim in Bobinson mining district, White Pine county, Nevada, and also an assignment of several elaims and options op-tions made by Clarence H. McCornick. Walter G. Filer and W. F. Snyder, and also the options for purchase of a number num-ber of other claims. The officers of the company are Walter Wal-ter O. Filer, president; W. F.
