Show SUIT OVER ORE. s Charles Tyng and Francis C. Tyng have commenced suit in the District court at Provo against the Surprise Mining company for $1500, the value of 750 sacks of lead and silver ore situate on tbe Surprise mining claim in American Fork mining district, which it is alleged defendants, unlaw-, fully took from the plaintiffs on October Oc-tober 25 of this year. Damages in the sum of $1000 is also asked for. . The ore was taken while the defendants defend-ants were working upon ground which tbey believed was within their side lines, and from a discovery that is extremely ex-tremely rich and large, and which plaintiffs in this action insist belongs to them. Therefore, the ore sacked is not the real plum, but merely forms the basis of what may prove to be one of the biggest suits ever instituted in Utah, -unless amicable adjustment ' of the controversy be reached out of court.
