Show WANT EXHIBITS FOR STATE FAIR READY The -Utah State Fair association is sending ont a circular letter this morning morn-ing to the business firms urging them to-gct to-gct their exhibits in readiness in the building as soon as possible. . Speed is being urged all along tho line so aa to have the building ready for opening at an early date. . Thomas Judd, president of the State Board of Horticulture, will arrive today from a trip through the State, and will Supervise the arranging of the horticultural horticul-tural exhibit. A magnificent flower screen will be placed baek of the Augus-'ta Augus-'ta bridge and behind a pond filled with fisb. Hamlin,. Peterson and the Big Four, painters, have each finished the adornment adorn-ment of a front window. The State fair emblem, the work of George Maack, is pronounced by artists to be one of the finest windows in the country. A brilliant bril-liant electrical lighting of the building was decided upon at the meeting yesterday yes-terday afternoon. The art exhibit is to be a splendid one. and th art institute will begin placing its displays today or tomorrow. |
