Show YET SELECTING JURY IN GILLETTE CASE ' HERKIMER,! X. T., Nov. 15. The work of selecting a jury to try Chester E. Gillette, who is chsrged with tha murder of his sweetheart, sweet-heart, Grace Brown, will be continued today. Practically no progreaa waa made yeaterday, jurymen being challenged by one aide or the other ar fast aa tha box waa filled. Out of the special panel of 150 talesmen, tales-men, ninety have been .challenged. Twenty have been excused, thirty-aix remain to be examined and only four have been accepted by both sides- It may be that another paual of 150 will hire to be drawn. Gillette, while la court, displayed the same apparent indifference that haa characterized him ainre tha trial was called.
