Show DNCIL ADJOURNS BECAUSE Of DEATH AtVr' passing resolutions deploring the I dejiftrr of Miss Rebecca Morris, daughter B of Sreyo:- Richard P. Morris, the City Council adjourned last evening. Miss Morris died at the Latter-day Saints' hospital Sunday night. After pasaing the resolutions. President Hewlett was empowered to appoint a . committee to make arrangements for the V . Council to attend the funeral, which takes place this afternoon at 2 o'clock .frcm the Eighteenth ward meeting-house. The committee appointed consisted of President Hewlett, Hartensteln, Wood, Fernstrom and A. J. Davis. The resolutions were presented by Pres-i Pres-i Ident Hewlett and unanimously adopted.. The members of the Council Coun-cil and the officers of the city are moved with t'rief snd sympathy: therefore, be it ! Resolved. That the Council do extend to Vayr Itichaxd P.
