Show SESSION IS ENDED Grand Lodge of Odd Fellows Fel-lows Completes Its Work and Adjourns. The thirty-first annuasession of the grand lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Utah, concluded its work last night with a public installation installa-tion of officers, followed "by a banquet in the Odd Fellows' temple In Market street. ' Every delegate and ; representative who attended the session was thor- oughly satisfied with every detail of the work of the grand lodge. There was not a delegate who did not express ex-press himself as having the opinion that this session was one of the most important and interesting that he had ever attended. The hvrmony and dispatch dis-patch with which the work was accomplished ac-complished were exceptional. All were pleased with the reception given by the local lodges. Owing to the Increase in business, it was decided to make the next meeting of three days' duration Instead of two. The next meeting will also be held here, though Provo sent an invitation to the body to meet there. , The report of the committee on necrology ne-crology showed that there had been buftwenty-four deaths In the order in the State during the last year. Resolutions Reso-lutions were passed, in condolence, upon up-on the death of Mrs. Popper, wife of Past Grand Master Charles Popper, one of the oldest Odd Fellows in the State. A resolution was also passed Indorsing Indors-ing the excellent work of Grand Representative Rep-resentative J. J. Thomas, In the sovereign sov-ereign grand lodge. Yesterday afternoon deputy grand masters for all of the lodges of the State were appointed by Grand Master Walker. . ' The prize of $100 . given by. Grand Master Straup, for best degree work, was awarded to Bingham lodge No. 10. Retiring Grand Master Stranp was presented with a magnificent Jewel by the body, in recognition of his efficient services during tha last year.- - The Rebekah assembly elected and Installed the following officers. for the year yesterday.
