Show MURDER FROM PUNCTURED TIRE Cause of Killing of Louis Perme by Nucich Boys Told in Court. The puncturing of a bicycle tire is said to have caused the quarrel at Bingham Bing-ham Junction on July 4, 1904, which resulted re-sulted in the death of Louis Perme at the hands of Frank and Jerry Nucich, and for which Jerry Nucich Is now on trial for murder In the second degree in Judge Armstrong's court. 8uch was the story told through an interpreter by Tony Prlncekobat k this morning. According to the witness, the Nucich boys came into the boarding-house at Bingham Junction late on the night of July 4, 1904. As soon as Jerry entered the door, the witness stated he called: "Get up, boys; I want to know who punctured my bicycle tire." Jerry and Frank then went Into Perme's room and a person could be heard moving about the floor. A moment mo-ment later two shots were fired and Frank came out of the room following Perme. It is said that he then shot at Perme's feet. The men then went Into the dining-room dining-room where It is said that the shot was fired that killed Perme. Princekoback was one of the roomers at the place at the time. From his bed he said he was able to see what was going on in the house. The case may be finished late today. The witness was put through a severe cross-examination by the defendant's attorney, Wlllard Hamer. With him In the suit is Attorney George C. Buckle.
