Notice is hereby given that at a special spe-cial called meeting of the directors of American Mining company, held on the 7th day of July, 1906, assessment No. 16 of 1-6 cent per share waa levied upon all - the capital stock of the corporation issued and outstanding, payable Immediately Imme-diately to the secretary at his office, room No. 27. Latimer block. Salt Lake City, Utah. This assessment Is made for the purpose of patenting five more claims of the American Mining company and to continue further development work. Any stock upon which this assessment - may remain unpaid on Friday, August 11, 1905, shall be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment pay-ment is made on or before, will be sold on Friday, the 15th day of September 1905, at 2 o'clock p.. m., at the office of the secretary, to pay the delinquent assessment assess-ment thereon, together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
