Show SHIPMENT OFVfRUIT , FROM MOAPA, NEV. Moapa. Nev., sent Its second shipment of fruit to this market 'yesterday. It was a mixed car of watermelons, cantaloupes canta-loupes and grapes. The grapes are particularly par-ticularly fine and the commission-houses expect a large part of their supply from this source during the next two month. There Is a local scarcity of lemons, and 1 it is likely that $1 will be added to the price of each box. Oranges and bananas are steady, though they are coming in slowly. The currant market was sold out yesterday; yes-terday; raspberries and blackberries are scarce. 'Flan- and poultry, are In good supply, strong shipments of the latter from Kansas City having relieved, the strain. I'tah poultry has also been coming com-ing in better the past week, and dealers think thev will now be able to supply the market without further Eastern shipments. |
