Mc-Nalr, Mc-Nalr, who killed a man named Kd-ward Kd-ward Williams a few years ago In Halt (Lake. McNalr was paroled In Janu-jary Janu-jary of this year, but later on violated his parole and waa returned to the f stats prison.
