BRIGHAM BOOMS ON PEACH DAY PI-ANS WRIC.HAM CITT. Aug. I The Peach dsy committee of tha boselder Commercial Com-mercial club mat Thursday evening to discuss matters pertaining to thla city's annoal celebration, which will be held on Heptember 20 this vear. It waa decided by tha committee to purohaa ita decorating material, and Kecretary W. V. Call waa authorised to place an order for same. The plan of decorating will consist of using the electric light standarde on either aide of Main and Forest streets, upon which will be placed two large American Ameri-can flags, with a pink and green pen-rant pen-rant aa a centerpiece. Across the street st given Intervals wire will Ire stretched, from which will be suspended sus-pended at either end red, white and blue pulldown, streamers of tha Peach j day colors, pink and green, and cen-1 tered by large American flags Other features will he added to the decorating decorat-ing acheme .and all of tha pieces will be new and bright. The parade committee, of which A. M. Hanaen Is chairman, reported that the parade will consist of six divisions, snd the business men of this city and ogden have proffered their hearty cooperation co-operation In the way of floats snd financial aid In making the parade a mammoth affair. Tha advertising committee Is alao busy, and la having thousands of envelopes en-velopes printed, snnounclng Peach day and the dale, which wJll be used by the people of this comm'tntty In sending out their mall. Fifteen blllhoerds havs alao been secured, upon which will be posted twelve-sheet posters advertising the event.
