L Rhaw of rayette county today mad plain hi order against labor mass meetings by notifying all organisers of th United Mln Workers In ths coke field that whll miners would h allowed al-lowed to attend meetings of their own locals, they could not attend th meeting meet-ing of any other local, and that no general gen-eral meeting would be allowed.
