L Rhaw of rayette county today mad plain hi order against labor mass meetings by notifying all organisers of th United Mln Workers In ths coke field that whll miners would h allowed al-lowed to attend meetings of their own locals, they could not attend th meeting meet-ing of any other local, and that no general gen-eral meeting would be allowed. This was taken to mean that organisers would b unable to address any gatherings gather-ings other than thoee of their own locals. lo-cals.
