OCR Text	Show DISPUTE OVER CATTLE LEADS TO FATAL SHOT , TWIN FALLS. Idsho. May- 1. In a dispute growing out of trespass of cattle, C. O. Kuasell, 40, Murtaugh district farmer, was shot and killed and hla brother-in-law, Harry J. Dunlap, waa arreated charged with th crime. , Th shooting occurred at tho Dunlap farm yesterday. Russell' death occurred at a local hospital early today. Dunlap waa arrested soon 'afterward and charged with assault - with a deadly weapon. H gave bond to cover this oharge, but now that Russell I dead county authorities ald he would b rearrested rearrest-ed and charged with murder. Th shooting was unwitnessed, but Duntap's wlfs, who Is Russell's sister, sis-ter, asslstsd the Injured man to mount, ill bora after h bad bees4 hot. . .
