Investigation Investiga-tion of the recent leasing to the Sinclair Sin-clair Interests of development rights in th Wyoming naval oil reserve, ordered by tha senate last Saturday, probably will be delayed a week or two. Chairman Chair-man Bmoot of the public lands committee, commit-tee, which will conduct tho Inquiry, aatd today after the conference with Interior In-terior department officials. The delay will be caused by prepartlnns of new documents called for under the resolution resolu-tion of inquiry.
