Show RITES FOR JIMMY ZANARD1 THURS. Requiem mass' for James Anthony An-thony Zanardi, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Zanardi, Copperton, was celebrated Thursday morning morn-ing at Holy Rosary Catholic church with the Rev. Daniel E. Leahy officiatin" The holy rosary was recited Wednesday evening at the family home in Copperton. The boy was born October ft, 1932, in Salt Lake City and was in the sixth grade at Copperton school. He died instantly when accidentally acci-dentally shot at 11 a.m. Saturday at the R. L. Cunliffe home, Copperton, Cop-perton, while playing with Wayne Foster, 11; Gene Cunliffe, 12, and his sister, Lucy Rose Zanardi, 9. Mr. and Mrs. Cunliffe were away from home. The children found a loaded .22-caliber revolver which they attempted to unload before "playing "play-ing war." The -Gunliffc boy thought the gun was empty, pointed the weapon at the Zanardi Zan-ardi boy and pulled the trigger. Survivors include his parents and sister and two grandparents, John Arronco, Price, and Mrs. John Arronco, Salt Lake City. Burial was in Mt. Calvary cemetery, ce-metery, Salt Lake City, under direction of Bingham mortuary. |
