Show DRIVER FINED $100 FOR DRUNKEN DRIVING Art Mangrum of Garfield was arrested at 3 a.m. Saturday by Deputy Sheriff J. L. Householder, Household-er, following a collision of the machine driven by Mangrum and one operated by Lloyd H. Palmer Palm-er of No. 2 Mayne yard. The accident occurred in front of the high school apartments on the state highway, Copperton. Mangrum was charged -with drunken driving and operating an automobile without a driver's license. He was later released on $100 bond. He appeared before Judge F. A. Miller Wednesday and was fined $100.00. Mr. Palmer received a broken right arm. Gunnar Olsen, an occupant oc-cupant of the Palmer machine, received slight bruises. Mangrum had cuts about the head. Both cars were badly wrecked- Palmer Palm-er and Olsen were returning from work at Combined Metals Reduction company's mine in "Butterfield canyon. Mangrum was en route to Salt Lake City when the accident occurred. |
