Show LADIES LITERARY CLUB MEMBERS HEAR TALKS Mrs. C. G. Salisbury gave an interesting in-teresting and instructive talk on Greece before members of the Ladies La-dies Literary club last Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. E. T. Crandall. Mrs. Paul K. Walker, president, conducted the meeting business and announced the program. pro-gram. Also, David Salisbury and J. Reed Bird, from the high school debated the question of whether or not we should compulsory military mili-tary training in tnis country. Some very good points were given by each student and the question was discussed by. members following the talks. Mrs. E. S. Groesbeck entertained with a lovely vocal number, accompanied by Mrs. La-celle La-celle Sumsion. A nicely arranged luncheon was served by the hostess to twenty club members and Mrs. Ronald Beardall and Mrs. S. J. Boyer were guests. |
