Show One Change Made In Waterfowl Hunting; Regulations Only one minor , change was made in the Federal Waterfowl regulations when the Utah State Fish and Game Commission put its stamp of "approval" on them recently, Ross Leonard, state game director, said today. In the new restrictions bag and possession limits, number of days for shooting and flours for shooting were not trimmed by the state commission. The only change was prohibiting prohibit-ing the use of anything larger than No. 2 shot for waterfowl. Federal regulations do not stipulate stipu-late the size of shot. ; "Use of B-B shot is dangerous now that our hunting areas have become so crowded," Mr. Leonard ,, explained. "Sportsmen will not be permitted to use B-B shot for , pheasants, quail or waterfowl in , this state. No. 2 is the maximum ; size load." |
