I The Pleasant View boys, play- ling a zone defense, snatched up an early first quarter lead of 5 I points before the First warders settled down. The quarter ended 5 to 4. I During the remaining quarters 'the lead changed hands several j times. With the score reading 18 to 19 for Pleasant View, Sanford tied the game with a charity toss. In the extra period, Pleasant View went out in front 19 to 20 and j then Cherrington tossed in another free throw to tie up the extra I period. In the "sudden death" period, Pleasant View counted on a foul throw but W. Weight tossed in a goal to give the Springville team the game. The game was a practice prac-tice tilt.
