Show FISHING EARLY PROVES COSTLY Fishing a week too early proved costly to four young fishermen from Spanish Fork, who were caught near West Portal, Sunday, according to report. Gene Prior, 18, and three other boys of juvenile age, were seen by H. M. Weight, president of the local Fish and Game Protective Association,, and Joseph Allen, local member, fishing with willow poles in the West Portal stream. When the boys saw the officers, they threw their poles into the water and fled up the mountain. They were questioned and took into custody when they returned to their car some time later.
