' Mrs. Crandall and other members mem-bers of the Utah delegation are now to serve as speakers to tell other women about civil defense preparation and methods. She said Wednesday that civil defense however, how-ever, was not entirely a program for war but was a way- of life. The people were to be alerted, educated ed-ucated and organized. The Utah women attending the course are to serve as part of a national campaign to register all women, listing their qualifications for service in the event of an emergency. |
