Staff in Idaho Idaho Falls, Idaho Kent Hatfield, Hat-field, son of Harry Hatfield of 797 South Fourth East, Springville, Spring-ville, Utah, has joined the technical techni-cal staff of Phillips Petroleum Company, Atomic Energy Division. Divi-sion. He will work- in the chemical chemi-cal engineering development section sec-tion operated in conjunction with the chemical processing plant which Phillips operates for the Atomic Energy Commission at the National Reactor Testing Station west of Idaho Falls. Mr. Hatfield grauated from the Springville high school in 1952 where he lettered three years in basketball and was a member of the Class B state champion team. He also lettered in football during his junior year and took an active ac-tive part in school publication activities. ac-tivities. At BYU he was a laboratory instructor in freshman classes of general chemistry and analytical chemistry. He obtained his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from BYU in 1956. Mr. and Mrs. Hatfield (the former for-mer R.enee Hatch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Hatch of Springville) live at 520 North Ridge Avenue in Idaho Falls. |
