Show Teaching Jobs Available in Foreign Countries Applications for teaching positions posi-tions in the Air Force overseas dependent de-pendent schools are now being accepted ac-cepted at the Overseas Recruitment Recruit-ment Office, Hill Air Force Base. Teaching positions are located in the Azores, Bermuda, England, France, Morocco, Germany, Gren-land, Gren-land, Iceland, Japan, Johnston Island, Labrador, Newfoundland, Philippine Islands, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Tripoli and Turkey. Tour of duty overseas for teachers teach-ers is a full twelve months, including in-cluding nine months of school, travel to and from the assigned area and possible summer employment. employ-ment. Approximate monthly salary for elementary and secondary school teachers is $375 per month and salaries for school administrators range from $450 to $530. Appointed Appoint-ed teachers assigned to some overseas ov-erseas areas will be eligible for foreign post differential pay in addition to regular pay. Transportation is furnished to and from the overseas assignment, plus free living quarters or a housing allowance. Qualifications for teachers in the Air Force overseas dependents schools are largely the same as those for schols within the United States. These include Bachelor's Degrees from accredited schools of education for teachers and Master's Degrees in School Administration Ad-ministration for Principals. In addition, ad-dition, 2 years of teaching experience exper-ience is required. Age limits are 23 to 50 for male teachers and 23 to 40 for female teachers. All applicants will be subject to physical examination. Interviews of applicants will be in February in the major cities in Utah and Idaho.
