Show Exchange Student To Talk On Denmark At MIA A special treat is in. store for j Fifth ward MIA goers and others interested next Monday evening, February 1, when an IFYE Foreign For-eign Exchange student will speak and show colored slides. The student is Miss Jillyn Wintch of Tropic, Utah, who returned re-turned last October from Denmark Den-mark where, under the sponsorship sponsor-ship of the Utah Lions and the extension service, spent several months with families in Denmark, to study the customs and economics econo-mics of the country. One of the families with whom she lived, operated op-erated a 640-acre farm. ' A 4-H club member, Miss Wintch has filled an LDS mission and is a graduate of the BYU, now working on her masters degree. The MIA meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and everyone every-one interested is invited to hear Miss Wintch. |
