Merrall Skinner Back from Navy B M-3 Merrall Skinner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Skinner, has been released from the Navy and returned to his home recently. He has been stationed at Key West, Fla. In the Navy four years, he served serv-ed on the USS Cassin Young DD-793 DD-793 destroyer. For two years he was stationed on Guam and he helped to commission a destroyer in Long Beach.
