Following a recent visit to the canyons east of here as far as Balsam park Mayor "George A. Anderson, City councilmen East-ham East-ham Clegg and Harvey Hutchinson, Hutchin-son, road supervisor, were of the opinion that this vicinity would experience ex-perience high water until the forepart fore-part of May. A steady increase may be expected with continued warm feather, judging from the amount of snow in the canyons, they said. These officers also noted a new spring coming out of Spring Creek in the left hand fork of the canyon. The spring had not been seen in this vicinity for the past 13 years, indicating, they said, that a considerable amount of water and snow are in the canyons of the vicinity. |
