Show CIRCUS WITH I PARADE IN NEARBY CITY The thrill of a lifetime! Literally that is what the renowned re-nowned Rickhoff troupe of bareback bare-back riders offer. Acclaimed Europe's riding- wizards, they are one of the many featured sensational sensa-tional acts that will be seen with the great Parker & Watts circus coming to Provo, for two performances perfor-mances on Mondny, July 11. Unquestionably Un-questionably the Rickhoff troupe j who have amazed Paris, London, I Vienna and in fact all the great continental capitals, is without an 1 equal on the face of the earth. The grace and ease with which this extraordinary group turn mass somersaults from back to back of galloping steeds is a thrill not soon forgotten. Tense drama, excitement, spine tingling sensations sensa-tions follow one after the other in gun shot- succession in seemingly seem-ingly impossible horsemanship feats. With scores of men and women arenic stars of international inter-national fame in new acts and innovations in-novations never before seen in this country, with twenty-five of the world's most famous clowns now on its gigantic 1938 program, the Parker & Watts circus sets a new and mammoth note in outdoor out-door amusements. Perhaps one of the most stirring spectacles ever devised is "Aladdin and his Wonderful Won-derful Lamp," which opens the program. An odd two hundred people all richly dressed in gorgeous gorge-ous bejeweled costumes take part in this magnificent pageant. This season too, the menagerie has been enlarged and the amalgamation has formed one of America's most complete traveling zoos. Performances Perfor-mances will be given at 2 and 8 p. m.f with the doors opening an hour earlier and a colossal free street parade will be given at noon on the down town streets. |
