Show Henry Jones Bound Over For Trial D. Henry Jones was today-bound today-bound to the district court to stand trial this fall on charges of involuntary manslaughter. man-slaughter. Conviction on the charge carries a penalty of not to exceed one year in the county jail. Jones heard Judge A. L. Booth's pronouncement in a near-empty courtroom shortly after 2 o'clock. The judge announced that prior bond furnished by the defendant would be continued, and that he would be allowed his liberty until called for trial. September Trial Court Reporter F. -M. - Alder said that Tones trial will probably be among the first on the district court criminal docket and indicated indicat-ed that date of the trial will probably prob-ably be in September. Jones' preliminary hearing before be-fore Judge Booth followed an accident ac-cident June End just north of Provo in which Darrell Morgan, 18, and Keith Davis, 17, both of Payson, were killed in an automobile-motorcycle crash. Morgan died instantly and Davis shortly after the accident and without regaining consciousness. "The court is of the opinion," Judge Booth said this afternoon in giving his decision, "That D. Henry Jones was driving his car while under the influence of intoxicating in-toxicating liquor, that he was unlawfully un-lawfully driving on the wrong side of the road :n a careless care-less and negligent manner, and in the manner as set forth in the amended complaint, and therefore, in my opinion, the defendant should be held to the district court. "And it appearing to me that the offense in the within named complaint mentioned has been committed, and that there is suf- ficient cause to believe the within named D. Henry Jones guilty thereof, I ordet that he be held to answer to the same.'' Jones, local fight promoter and wrestler for many years; Wm.
