MARTYR NAMED BY SUDETENS PRAGUE, CZECHOSLOVAKIA, Aug. 9 (ir.m Wenzcl Bayerle, Sudeten Su-deten German who was killed during week-end violence which the German minority called the worst since the May 21 crisis, will be named a martyr by the Sudeten Sude-ten party, it was announced today. to-day. Executives of Konrad Henlein s party announced that they would give Bayerle a "martyr's funeral" at Hartmanitz tomorrow. Ten thousands membera of the party will march In a procession through the town. A post-mortem examination revealed re-vealed that Bayerle had been stabbed four times with a pocket knife and cracked on the head with a beer mug during a bar- room fight. Police said his direct ; assailant was Franz Ho Men. Henlein party leaders said Hoi-den Hoi-den was an Austrian political refugee who recently joined the German social democrats here. He and nine other German ; social democrats are held. Sudeten leaders protested to the government and to Viscount Run-ciman, Run-ciman, British minorities "Adviser," "Advis-er," over the new incident.
