Show OFFICER Tl FSCE TRIAL III KILLING Idaho Nightwatch-man Nightwatch-man Bound Over on Manslaughter. ST. ANTHONY, Idaho, May 5 (U.R) (irant Powell, St. Anthony's An-thony's night marshall, knew today that he must face a forma t rial on a charge of involuntary in-voluntary manslaughter. Powell was bound over to the district court late yesterday yester-day after a preliminary hearing on the charge that he shot down and killed Harold Helgesen, Logan painter and interior decorator, qn 1 he night of April 24. The state contends that Powell had no right assuming that it was he who killed Helgesen even t hough the Logan man failed to stop when the officers called. Detuils of the shooting were related re-lated at the trial. Two women, Mrs. Lola Maupin and Wilma Anderson, An-derson, had come to Deputy Sheriff J6fl8 Jackson and reported that a m:tn dnssed in dark clothing had Insulted them.
