The petition of Mr. Hadlock and Mr. Taylor alleges, among other things, that the petitioners are not, at the present time, asking any order or decree of the court authorizing auth-orizing or directing them to give any notice to the creditors of the closed bank, for the reason that it is probable that in the near future, fu-ture, the bank will reopen, and if it does it will be unnecessary to give any notice to the creditors. Judge A. B. Morgan of Provo is the attorney for the petitioners. Tn an interview with a Herald reporter Tuesday. Judge Morgan said that in all probability the bank would reopen for business in the near future, and for that reason reas-on no list uf the depositors in the bank is contained in the inventory; that if the bank does reopen for business it would not. be for the best interest of f lie bank to have a list of its depositors made public. "It was necessary to file the petition pe-tition and inventory in order to give the court jurisdiction in the matter as a basis for the examiner-in-charge to file an account of his doings since having charge of t tie bank, and for the purpose of procuring pro-curing an order of the court to reopen re-open the bank for the transaction of business," said Judge Morgan.
