Show T IS HOPEFUL DESPITEHURTS Burle Robison May Take Over Kicking Dulles of Pete Wilson In Game. Despite injuries that have benched bench-ed several of the B. Y. U. football men for a time, hopes are high at the Cougar camp that the Provo team will hang another defeat on the pitchfork of the Utah Agb-ies next Saturday. Coach Ott Romney and the entire en-tire team scouted the Aggies Friday Fri-day when the U. A. C. did the unexpected un-expected and toppled the Colorado Ags 13-12. The Aggies showed unexpected un-expected strength on the offense in beating their . Colorado brethren but they went through most of the fcotball they knew to accomplish the feat. ' Silver Lining Thanks -to a strong sefof ire-serves ire-serves the "T" will not suffer so severely the loss of several of the regulars through injuries. Pete Wilson and George Bertotti, back-fifld back-fifld stars, are almost sure to be out of the game although Bertott.I's , injured left knee may get well j enough to allow him to play part of she time. ' Coach Romney has Sanf ordf Hutchinson, Biddulph, Hapi, Simmons Sim-mons and Booth to throw into the halfback positions if need be; San-tord San-tord and Millett being likely to get the nod. Millett has a charley horse now but will be okeh for ,the big game. . ' Big Burle Robison, last year all-conference all-conference end, will likely do the kicking for the team. Buke has been getting off some 50 yard punts in practice lately and should have the edge in the punting duels. Buke has been kicker for the "Y" team before but Pete, Wilson has' been kicking them this year. Although Al-though Buke has to stand a trifle farther back than Pete, Floyd Millett Mil-lett or Bertotti, he makes up for this by getting off a tremendous punt. So the Aggies, chortling with the prospect of a weakened Cougar team may find reserves in the regulars' regu-lars' place who will make up for the deficiency with interest. |
