Show ALUMNI PLAN ANNUALJVENT Alumni of the Brigham Young university will gatner at historic College hall next Tuesday at two o'clock in a program which is the feature of rrie alumni reunion, held all day Tuesday. Dr. Wayne B. Hales is chairman chair-man of the annual affair this year and has arranged a program of activities ac-tivities stressing especially the humorous sid or' college activities. Large crowds have always been In attendance at the reunions and provisions are being made to accommodate ac-commodate a record attendance this year at the class luncheons, parties and at the grand ball in the evening. Other committee members in charge of the program are Edna Ball, Mrs. Elsie C. Carroll, Prof, T. Earl Pardoe, Prof. William F, Hanson and Rigby Jacobs. To Induct Class The graduating class will be formally inducted into the alumni organization under the direction I of Prof. T. Earl Pardoe and Rigby I Jacobs of the class. The program has been arranged as follows. "In the Luxer.iburg Gardens," and "Butterfly Butterfly" by the B. Y. U. Ladies' Glee. Vocal music, Cougar quartet. Toast, "Twenty Years Deflating a Senior," Judge George A. Worth-en. Worth-en. "The faculty as I Knew Them," Ruth Partridce Richan. Alumni gossip, "Post Graduate Course in the University of Hard Knocks." Jean Paulson. "Maintaining B. Y. U. Tics," Dr. Joseph Hughes. Vocal solo, '"'For You Alone' Anna Duke Allred, with violin ob-ligato ob-ligato by Prof. LeRoy J. Robertson. Robert-son. Induction of 1932 class. College song, alumni, lead by Dr. Franklin Madsen. Benediction. The class of 1930-31 Is holding their luncheon at Keeley's at 11:30 on Tuesday, it is announced by Edna Ed-na Ball and Norell Startup, in charge of arrangements. |
