Utah's fish and game licenses j for 1963 will be in the hands i of all license agents over the ; State by the first week of Ap-; Ap-; ril, according to the depart-i depart-i ment of fish and game. The dapartment reminded that the fish and game license li-cense year runs from April 16 through April 15 of the following fol-lowing year. In other words, the 1962 license must be vis-ably vis-ably displayed when afield through April 15 this year, with the proper 1963 license being required April 16. All 1963 licenses for residents resi-dents will be goldenrod, with nonresident license issues to be green in color. The law reguires all persons purchasing a resident license to have been living in the state for at least six months prior to the date of purchase. - License fees, which are set by legislative action, will remain re-main the same for 1963 as in previous years. With more than 500 agents over the state prepared to issue is-sue the 1963 licenses one week before the April 16 deadline, the department said no excuse will be accepted from anyone using an outdated license. |
