Show Varied courses offered students as UT1I schedules opening wants to learn a skill which will lead towards employment. Classes that will be taught are listed in ad in this issue of the paper. Classes began September 4th at the Utah Trade Technical Institute (formerly the Central Cen-tral Utah Vocational School). The Trade Tech will for the first time establish a high school section of the school where Juniors or Seniors of any of the high schools of central cen-tral Utah may enroll in 3 hour classes taught either in the mornings or afternoons. Only high school students will be admitted to these .classes. High School credit for these classes will be given and will apply towards the students graduation gradua-tion from their local high school. All superintendents, principals princi-pals and counselors of the Alpine, Al-pine, Provo, Nebo and Wasatch Was-atch school districts have given giv-en their endorsement to this program and could be contacted contact-ed by any student or his parents par-ents who may be interested in attending the Utah Trade Tech. Six hundred students are expected ex-pected to enroll in the regular regu-lar post high school program at the Trade Tech. Students who enroll in the regular day school program attend 6 hours per day, Monday Mon-day through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Classes are for any student (beyond high school age) who |
