Springville man gets big job on west coast Bert Fullmer of Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif., a former resident of Springville and husband of the former Ida Packard of this city, was' recently appointed ap-pointed Chief Hillside Planner and Coordinator for the city of Los Angeles. The position is reported to be a newly created one in city planning established by the mayor and city council as an emergency measure to meet the ever increasing problems encountered in the 200 square miles of hillside and mountain area located in the city.
