NAME ORDERED ON BALLOT BY COURT Special to The Tribune. LOGAX, Oct. 01. The First district court was In session for a short time today when Judge Justin .D. Call Issued a writ of mandate to City Auditor William H. Laraen to place the name of Rav-mond Rav-mond L. Olson on the official ballot for the coming election for the office of city auditor. Mr. Larsen and Mr. Olson each received re-ceived four votes in the primary election, elec-tion, but a controversy arose over the statement that a judge had failed to report re-port one of the. votes east for Olsgn. Mr. Bankhead, the lone candidate for the office of-fice of auditor in the primary election, was asked for permission to allow Mr. Olson's name to appear without further action.
