DECLARES DIVIDEND A dividend of S3. 50 per share to stockholders stock-holders of record January 31, was declared de-clared at the meeting of the board of directors of the Jordan Motor Car company, com-pany, February 12, The sales and produotion record of the Jordan company cjuring the peribd of the war1 Is considered unusual in view of the obstacles encountered by all "pio-tor "pio-tor car manufacturers.. The capital of this company since the war began has turned practically' fffr teen times, and in spite of the advancing scale of prices the total produotion for the year of 1918 was only about 200 cars less than the previous year.
