Ford, indicted by the grand .iury In connection connec-tion with the failure of the Merchants bank. Trial was set for April 21. In overruling the motion of the two defendants tor a change of venue. Judge Tobin Paid that there was not good reason to .believe that the public was more prejudiced now than at the calling of the grand jury, at which time no change of venue was askd. L. J.
