Show SETTLEMENT MADE IN A DAMAGE SUIT Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. March 27. The case of George William Hardy, a minor, against Dr. G. A. Dickson was settled out of court this morning for $3250 and Immediately there-afler there-afler Martin P. Brwn was appointed administrator ad-ministrator of the esLnte of the boy, his mother and father waiving any claim for guardianship in the handling of the money. The settlement in the case and the petition peti-tion for the appointment of a guardian, which was approved by Judge A. E. Pratt, set forth that George William Hardy, on September 8, 1917, fell from a horse and injured his loft arm. Dr. Dickson was employed em-ployed to treat the arm. It was further alleged that the arm became infected and diseased to such an extent tliat the boy lost all use of the limb. Upon the petition of the guardian the court ordered that $900 be paid as lees to the attorneys for the boy. j I |
